These are mainly people or organizations with the power to solve your problem or take the action to solve your problem.

Explain the problem in detail

Make your case about why people should be worried about this issue and if it has affected you personally.

The most successful campaigns tend to be at least 3 paragraphs long (about 1,000 characters in length)
